I have a younger/older child, can they attend? Our recommended age for our workshops using LEGO bricks is 5 – 15 years. We are able to welcome 4 year olds if the child is in school full time. All of our play sessions using DUPLO bricks are suitable for children aged 2-5. We offer LEGO birthday parties for children turning 5 and upwards and DUPLO birthday parties for children aged 2-5.

Can my child eat and drink during the workshop?Children are welcome to bring a drink with them but due to allergies and our wish to keep our lovely LEGO clean, no food can be consumed during our workshops. If your child is attending an After School Club session and would like something to eat before we start please send a small (nut free) snack.

Can my child take the models home that they create during a workshop?Unfortunately, all our LEGO has to be left at the event venue for future Master Builders. Parents are encouraged to photograph their child’s models at the end of the event. All children will receive a badge after the workshop in recognition of their creativity. For every 10th badge children earn themselves a prize. Look after those badges!
-
Can parents stay at workshops or do they drop off?Parents are not required to stay for with their child at our events but will be welcomed if they would prefer to do so. If parents choose to stay, any younger siblings must be supervised at all times and are not able to participate/play with the LEGO. All of our staff are DBS checked and receive First Aid and Safeguarding Training. We are proud to create an inclusive environment with a good understanding of the emotional and educational needs of children.
-
Can my Master Builder feel part of the team with your merchandise?Yes, we have t-shirts, lanyards and caps available to purchase at our workshops along with pocket money priced items. Lanyards are a great way to show the badges collected from our workshops and many children wear these to the sessions.
